4-day lockdown restrictions: what they mean for Melville Volkswagen and our customers
Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown measures introduced by the WA Government on Monday evening, there are changes to the way our business operates. Essentially our showroom is closed but our service centre remains open as it is deemed an essential service.
SERVICE IS OPEN
Our Service Department remains OPEN during normal working hours for essential servicing. We will be contacting all those who have a service booking this week to confirm or reschedule your appointment.
Your health and safety is our main priority and as such we have increased our hygiene practices and implemented further preventative measures which you can view in this video.
Everyone who enters our Service & Parts department will also be required to wear a facemask, sign in using the WA Safe app or paper register, and asked to sanitise their hands at our dedicated sanitising stations in our reception area.

NEW & USED SALES
Our sales showrooms, for both new and used vehicles, are not permitted to operate under the lockdown, so will remain closed until the lockdown lifts. This should mean that normal business will resume on Saturday, but because this is an evolving situation, we would recommend you call ahead first or check our Facebook page for any announcements.
In the meantime, our website remains open 24 hours a day, and you can check our full inventory at any time. You can even order new cars and make purchases over the phone. Our sales staff are working from home and are able to take calls and answer any queries you may have about specific vehicles.
