Terms and Conditions – 8-Year Warranty Offer
Offer Details:
The 8-year warranty offer includes:
- 5 years Volkswagen manufacturer warranty. For full details, please refer to the Volkswagen Manufacturer Warranty.
- The remaining 3 years are covered by the Integrity Absolute Warranty Program. For details and inclusions, please refer to the Integrity Absolute Warranty Brochure.
Eligibility Requirements:
- This offer is available to retail customers only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The vehicle must be registered in the customer’s name at the time of purchase to qualify for the warranty.
Promotion Period:
- To qualify for this offer, customers must purchase an eligible new or demo Volkswagen vehicle between March 1st, 2025, and April 30th, 2025.
- Eligible vehicles include all new Volkswagen models available at Melville Volkswagen.
Warranty Activation:
- The 8-year warranty is activated upon the first retail sale and vehicle registration.
- The warranty is only valid within Australia.
Service and Maintenance Requirements:
- To maintain warranty coverage, the vehicle must be serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule.
- Proof of service must be provided.
- Failure to maintain the vehicle according to the recommended service schedule may void the warranty.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or non-compliance with maintenance requirements.
- Wear and tear items such as tyres, brake pads, and clutch discs are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty Transferability:
- The 8-year warranty is transferable to subsequent owners if the vehicle is sold during the warranty period.
Claims Process:
- Warranty claims must be made through an authorized Volkswagen service center.
- All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Promotion Validity:
- This promotion is valid only at Melville Volkswagen and is subject to vehicle availability.
Discretion of Melville Volkswagen:
- Melville Volkswagen reserves the right to refuse any claim if the vehicle is found to have been used for commercial purposes or beyond its intended design.
