Transmission recall (October 2019)
The Australian Government has issued a recall of certain Volkswagens that have an issue with the vehicle’s transmission pressure accumulator, which could crack due to a production fault. (Find out more on the ACCC website.)
To check if your vehicle is affected by this recall, you need to know your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), which is comprised of 17 characters (both numbers and letters). You can usually find it on your vehicle registration document, insurance papers or on the bottom of your windscreen.

Takata airbag recall
The Australian Government has issued a compulsory recall for vehicles with frontal Takata airbag inflators that use phase-stabilised ammonium nitrate propellant without a desiccant. This must be carried out by 31 December 2020.

When you book a car in for a service with us, we don’t just look after your car, we look after you too.

Alternatively, you can make use of a free loan car, or our courtesy van can drop you off within a 10km radius of our centre and then pick you up when your car is ready.
