Terms and Conditions for the Wellness on Wheels Promotion

1. Promotion Overview
The Wellness on Wheels Promotion (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Melville Volkswagen. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees of Melville Volkswagen and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the entry form available at Melville Volkswagen’s website.
3.2. All entries must be submitted by the closing date of November 8, 2024.

4. Prize
4.1. One (1) winner will be drawn randomly on November 8, 2024.
4.2. The prize consists of a $500 gift card for bestwellness.com.au (the “Prize”).
4.3. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

5. Marketing Consent
By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Melville Volkswagen. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communications.

6. Winner Notification
6.1. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in their entry form.
6.2. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Melville Volkswagen reserves the right to draw another winner.
