• Full Terms and Conditions 1. Promoter Melville Volkswagen, 168 Leach Hwy, Myaree WA 6154 2. Eligibility • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase a new, demonstrator, or pre-owned vehicle from Melville Volkswagen or Bibra Lake Nissan during the Promotional Period. • Fleet, government, and rental vehicle purchases are excluded. 3. Promotional Period The promotion commences at 8:00am on Monday 3rd November 2025 and closes at 5:00pm on Saturday 30 November 2025. 4. How to Enter • Eligible customers automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw when they complete a vehicle purchase, and the vehicle is delivered before 30th November 2025. • There is no additional cost to enter. • Vehicles must be sold at their usual retail price. • Cancellations, contract withdrawals, or refunds made after the Promotional Period will result in disqualification of the associated entry. 5. Prize Details • There is one (1) prize to be won: AUD $10,000 cash, paid via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within 14 business days of verification. • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for credit or goods. 6. Combined Draw Information • All eligible entries from Melville Volkswagen and Bibra Lake Nissan will be combined into a single prize draw. • One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the total pool of entries across both dealerships. • There will be only one (1) prize of AUD $10,000 cash awarded in total. 7. Draw Details • The draw will be conducted at Melville Volkswagen, 168 Leach Hwy, Myaree WA 6154 on Monday 8th December 2025. • The draw will be random and conducted in a fair and transparent manner. • The draw will be supervised by at least two staff members and recorded for audit purposes. 8. Winner Notification • The winner will be notified by phone and email within three (3) business days of the draw. 9. Verification • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and may request proof of identity, age, and qualifying vehicle purchase before awarding the prize. • If the winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, the prize will be redrawn. 10. Unclaimed Prize • If the prize remains unclaimed by Friday 6 March 2026, a redraw will be conducted at Melville Volkswagen, 168 Leach Hwy, Myaree WA 6154 under the same conditions. • The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original draw. 11. Privacy • By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of conducting and promoting this competition. • The winner agrees to allow their name to be used in future promotional material without additional compensation. • All personal information is handled in accordance with the Melville Volkswagen Privacy Policy, available at [https://www.melvillevolkswagen.com.au/privacy-policy]. 12. Record Keeping & Audit • The Promoter will retain all entry records, draw documentation, and proof of prize delivery for 12 months following the conclusion of the promotion. • Records must be made available to the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission upon request. 13. Changes & Termination • Once the promotion has commenced, the Promoter cannot amend or cancel these Terms and Conditions unless approved in writing by the Gaming and Wagering Commission. • If unforeseen circumstances occur beyond the Promoter’s control (e.g. natural disaster, government restrictions), the Promoter reserves the right to reschedule the draw or substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval if required. 14. Legal Compliance This trade promotion lottery is conducted in accordance with the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) and Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988 (WA) and does not require a permit. 15.
